Your road to health starts here!
Initial Consultation, Membership & Exercise Counseling.

We help anyone living with cancer get exercise
during active treatment and post treatment.

Getting started with our program is as easy as 1 – 2 – 3!

To start a Sunflower Wellness program, everyone receives a free, 15 minute Initial Consultation over the phone. If you are new to Sunflower Wellness, please sign up for your free Initial Consultation.

If you have already had an in-person, 50 minute Exercise Counseling Session at one of our participating medical partner locations, then you are ready to start an Rx Empower Sunflower Wellness Membership, or start following the exercise instructions you received.

Sign up for an Initial Consultation. It’s free! We’ll help you determine which programs and options are right for you.

Your Initial Consultation will be conducted over the phone by a Sunflower Wellness Fitness Representative and will take about 15 to 20 minutes. Schedule your free Initial Consultation or call 415-234-7010 option 1.

Here’s what to expect during your consultation:

  • Discuss your specific goals, diagnosis and current treatment
  • Learn more about your options, Sunflower Wellness resources that are available, and what programs are right for you
  • You don’t have to be a patient at any of these hospitals to receive a free Initial Consultation and Exercise Counseling Sessions. Support is available for patients from other hospitals and clinics, such as Kaiser and Sutter Health. We offer our exercise programs regardless of where you receive medical care.
