Regan Fedric and Jane Clark both have six years of proven success in the physician’s office-based IMPACT program, in which hundreds of clients’ lives were transformed. They have over 25 combined years of work in the fitness industry and are both Cancer and Exercise Specialists. Their talents and dedication are proving instrumental in allowing us to increase the scope of the program.
All of our exercise counselors are certified as Cancer Exercise Specialists/Trainers by the American College of Sports Medicine.

Regan Fedric, certified Cancer and Exercise Specialist, delivers her life-long mission of bridging fitness and medicine as Program Director of Sunflower Wellness. In 2002, Regan co-developed the IMPACT program (Integrating Medical Professionals and Certified Trainers), which later became Sunflower Wellness. Regan has amassed thousands of clinical hours and is part of an integrative team that provides compassionate and progressive care to cancer patients at Smith Integrative Oncology, UCSF Helen Diller Cancer Center, Marin Specialty Care, and Kaiser Permanente. A gifted athlete, Regan played Division I basketball at the University of Memphis, where she earned a B.S. in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Biology. At Lebonheur Medical Center YMCA, she developed the Eagle’s Circle program for children with asthma and/or obesity, and also worked in their cardiac rehabilitation program.
Ginny has over 17 years experience working in the field of nutrition and fitness, as a licensed dietician, certified Cancer Exercise Specialist, and a certified Personal Trainer. Ginny is one of only a handful of dietitians that is certified by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in Adult and Teen Weight Management.She had corporate wellness roles at Goldman Sachs and Kendall College in Chicago, prior to joining Sunflower Wellness in 20XX. Ginny has co-authored a book called “What Color is a Pickle Pie”, a story encouraging children to eat fruits and vegetables.
As a Certified Exercise Physiologist as well as Cancer Exercise Specialist, Jenny brings clinical experience developing fitness programs for orthopedic and oncology patients. She developed a fitness program at the San Francisco VA hospital for returning female veterans dealing with post-war wounds. Jenny worked with the IMPACT predecessor to Sunflower Wellness as Marin coordinator in 2005, joining Sunflower Wellness in 20XX. Jenny was selected as Best in the North Bay for personal training by San Francisco Magazine in 2007.
Certified since 2001 as an Aquatic Fitness Professional, Tricia originally worked one-on-one with cancer patients through our earlier IMPACT program. Since 2009, she has been teaching our Sunflower Wellness Aqua Empower class. In addition to leading these water workouts for cancer survivors as a certified Cancer Exercise Trainer, Tricia teaches babies to swim, and guides pregnant women through aqua fitness classes.
A certified Cancer Exercise Trainer, Pauline has counseled Sunflower clients and designed their custom fitness programs, since 20XX.. She also teaches the Exercise for Health class for Stanford’s Cancer Supportive Care Program. Pauline has been a Master Instructor and Development Coach at Alkalign Studios, where she guides and supports instructors while they train in new class formats.
