Exercise is my therapy for dealing with a progressive cancer

I like the variety of movements that strengthen, help with balance and endurance while making new neuro-pathways in the brain. I always feel better after a class for which I am extremely grateful. I think of it as my therapy for dealing with a progressive cancer. It has overall strengthened my body, restored most of my lost balance and allowed me to feel more confident in my body. It makes me laugh and enjoy the other participants, especially the teacher. This class has become vital to me as I face a steep climb with progressive cancer, it helps me mentally , physically, socially. Would I recommend the program? Every chance I get!
