Exercise of the Month- Foam Roll Prayer Stretch

Correct muscular imbalances and restore range of motion.

Increases flexibility, improves mobility and joint function.

Starting position: Begin by sitting at end of foam roll. Lie back so spine is supported by roll. Bend knees with feet flat on floor. Place hands together in front of your chest.
Movement: Simultaneously reach arms upward as you turn palms toward ceiling. Maintain a neutral spine position paying close attention not to arch your low back. Repeat for recommended sets and repetitions. This exercise can be performs repetitively or held as a stretch.
